4. Data Handling
For government clients, data handling is governed by the specific service agreement and applicable data sovereignty regulations. All client data is processed within sovereign cloud infrastructure as specified in the service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Anar Labs provides its website and informational content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content. Product warranties are defined in client service agreements.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Abu Dhabi having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
